There’s No Pleasing Some People

Tonight at dinner Luka and I had cooked Turkish guvech (vegetable stew) that we had learnt at last week’s cooking class at St Paul’s church in Stoke Newington (Pictures below). We also had toast for dipping.

Maria asked Grace if she could have the last piece of toast.  I said that wasn't fair and they should have half each. Maria said she should have it all. I said

-          Why don't we give it all to Grace?

Maria - But I want it all

Grace – I want it all

Maria – I want it all

Grace - You can have it all.

Maria - Thank you

Grace – Dad!  Maria’s taking all my toast

These children are crazy!
